First Day - Nalungu in Komakkambedu

Pelli koduku nalungu (bride groom shower) of Anna took place in our village Komakkambedu. The morning was memorable as I saw my sister Anitha, niece Harshu, my mom, Dad and others after a long gap of three years. I also saw children of Lakshmi for the first time. However, I could not speak to them for more than a minute as every one of them was busy getting ready for the great event of our family - Anna's wedding.

Coming back to the function..
We (myself, akkas, bthy mom and dad, bava , kids) arrived in Kmbedu around 8 in the morning. Our house looked great with the chamiyana, huge rangolis and thoranams knitted out of mango leaves and tender coconut leaves.

Thus, the ceremony comes to an end. I really enjoyed the event and we all had lots of fun and laughter. The kids and my akkas made this event more adorable. It is indeed a very memorable one.
